CEKOL C-40 is an excellent material for hand-jointing plasterboards without the need for reinforcing tape. It is also used for filling cracks and scratches on the surface of walls and ceilings.

CEKOL C-40 is non-toxic in use and during operation. It is an easy-to-use product with very good performance parameters. Thanks to the use of a wide range of additives, CEKOL C-40 has increased strength and flexibility, which allows for the use of tape to be omitted. CEKOL C-40 should only be used indoors. Sanded, after completely drying, with appropriately selected sandpaper or polycarbonate mesh, it provides a perfectly smooth surface.

Substrate Preparation

Plasterboards should be mounted in a stable and load-bearing manner. Before grouting, clean the grooves thoroughly. In the case of cut edges, widen the groove and thoroughly clean off any dust. Non-originally finished board edges should be carefully primed with a deep-penetrating primer.

Application

After mixing, the product should be applied to the surface using stainless steel or plastic tools. The groove should be carefully filled and allowed to dry. If necessary, repeat the process after approximately 24 hours. After drying, surface corrections can be made using a sanding mesh or sandpaper.

Storage

Store in original packaging, in dry and dark rooms, away from heat sources, protect from overheating and frost.
