The Wah-wah pedal was introduced by the VOX brand in 1967 and was widely accepted by players. Existing units from that time are now called vintage units, and are not only rare, but also highly popular as equipment with a tone unique to that era. This time, VOX has thoroughly researched the original wah and focused on uncovering its secrets, achieving the goal of providing a "new" product with legendary tone. Vintage sound is reproduced with custom-made variable resistors and inductors, and capacitors with hand-selected capacitance values. Compared to the V846Vintage, which was released at the same time, the VRM-1/VRM-1Limited focuses the effect band on the midrange, so it has a presence that makes the actual sound of the first string sing. We 3D-scanned the old case to recreate the dimensions, feel, and effect on sound, without the "VOX" lettering on the front side. This is VRM-1 Limited, which is entirely covered in chrome plating.
