First problem, this car massager doesn't work with the included car adapter. Massager has no visible damage but still does not work. So I'm assuming it was just sent broken. Because the car adapter is OK and supplies 12 V power at the output. Second and smaller problem is wrong US plug supplied, I ordered and need EU. My third problem, I want to send the massager back, but support also wants to sell me a new EU plug for a defective car massager. Does it make sense? What is the logic behind it? I'm disappointed and therefore minimum stars (1).

Die Lieferung war erstaunlich schnell und nach nur 2 Wochen schon da. Man kann die Heiz-bzw Massageauflage am Stuhl befestigen. Es gibt unterschiedliche Stufen man kann es auch im Auto benutzen da es einen extra Anschluss gibt.
Le produit livré ne correspond pas du tout à la commande. J’avais commandé un siège massant et chauffant et je reçois un tissu avec 4 vibreurs très très bruyant, non lassant et non chauffant. C’est un scandale tout de même
