Material: Bamboo (wrapped in rattan). As this is a natural material, there may be stains and dirt from the wood grain. Some pieces may also have small cracks.
This is a classical-tuned shinobue (transverse flute) that is perfect for hayashi music and kagura.
Because it is a classical tuning, it does not have an accurate scale. There are also slight differences in pitch between individual flutes. The pitch may differ from that of flutes of the same tuning made by other manufacturers. If you plan to play it with a shamisen or Western instrument, please purchase a flute in our Utamono tuning.
Do not subject the product to shock. Be careful not to drop or hit it, as it may break.
Storage
・It will crack if it dries out. Bamboo is a natural material, so if it dries out it will crack.
