Uses: Temporarily relieves minor muscle and joint pain associated with:
Arthritis Minor back pain Muscles Strains Bruises Sprains Cramps How to Use: Apply to hands, wrists, feet, knees, elbows, and other affected areas.
Adults and children 18 years and older: Apply to affected areas no more than 3-4 times daily.
