Wiring steps:
(1) Capture the row of wires connected to each section of the battery to ensure that the row of wires are effectively connected. Ensure that the plug end of the row of wires, a single potential order sequentially increasing or sequentially decreasing. The order of potentials is consistent with the order of potentials in the socket at the end of the protection board and the potentials are one-to-one correspondence.
(2) Solder the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack. Ensure that the welding point is firm and reliable and good conductive properties, alignment position without extrusion, friction and other possible hazards, alignment smooth and short. Avoid solder, easily conductive objects or leads falling into, sticking to or touching inside the protection board.
(3) Match the plug of the alignment cable with the socket of the protection board. First of all, complete the protection board B- lead welding to the total negative B- of the battery pack, and then the plug of the row of wires and the socket of the protection board docking, to ensure that the plug of the row of wires and the socket of the protection board in place, no electrically charged objects or leads to contact with the protection board, and to do a good job of fixing measures.
(4) B+ and C- are connected to the positive and negative terminals of the charging connector respectively. Ensure that in the process of soldering the connection, the isolation of other leads is done well to avoid short-circuiting. The battery pack voltage of the discharge interface and charging interface test is consistent with the battery pack voltage, the correct polarity and the correct wiring position.

Product parameters:
Charging voltage: DC36V
Overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, output short-circuit protection
Maximum operating current: 30AMAX
Continuous discharge current: 20A MAX
Over-discharge protection voltage: 2.6V
Over-charge protection voltage: 4.25V
Charging current: 20A MAX
With balanced charging function, balanced voltage 4.2V
Temperature protection: high temperature of discharge 75℃; low temperature of charging -7℃
Applicable battery type: 3.7V ternary battery, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide battery
Wiring steps:
(1) Connect the collection cable to each battery section to ensure the effective connection of the cable. Ensure that the single potential sequence at the cable plug end is increasing or decreasing in sequence. The potential sequence is consistent with the potential sequence of the socket at the protection board end and the potential is one-to-one.
(2) Solder the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack. Ensure that the welding point is firm and reliable and has good conductivity. There are no possible hidden dangers such as extrusion and friction at the wiring position. The wiring is smooth and short. Avoid solder, conductive objects or leads falling into, sticking to or touching the protection board.
(3) Connect the cable plug to the socket of the protection board. First, complete the welding of the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack, and then connect the cable plug to the socket of the protection board. Ensure that the cable plug and the socket of the protection board are connected in place, no charged objects or leads touch the protection board, and take fixing measures.
(4) B+ and C- are connected to the positive and negative poles of the charging interface respectively. Ensure that other leads are isolated during the welding process to avoid short circuits. The battery pack voltage of the discharge interface and the charging interface are consistent with the battery pack voltage, the polarity is correct, and the wiring position is correct.
Note: The same port charging and discharging share the same negative pole C-, only one lead is needed, the charging/discharging MOS appears in pairs, and the charging current and discharging current of the same port board are the same.
