1. Fill the balloons with air (using a balloon pump is recommended) and tie them well.
2. Connect two balloons by tying them together.
3. Twist each pair of balloons together to form a garland.
4. Cut the included polymer clay balloon to the appropriate length and connect the straws by tying them at their ends.
5. Attach the balloon garland to the polymer clay, twist it together with the polymer clay.
6. Stick the topper into the cake.
7. Enjoy your unique decoration.
