Sunlight for Desert Reptiles in the Terrarium

The Terrario Erusa Tropical is a spiral bulb designed for reptiles from tropical and subtropical regions. It provides the animal with UV-A rays and an optimal amount of UV-B rays (5%), thus promoting functions such as appetite, digestion, and reproduction.

UV-B radiation also affects the synthesis of vitamin D3, which in turn promotes adequate calcium absorption. It is therefore important to care for your pet specifically in this regard. The Terrario Erusa Tropical UVB 5.0 spiral bulb provides excellent living conditions for tropical reptiles, which in their natural environment receive a lower dose of radiation due to high humidity and dense vegetation.

Additionally, UV lighting enhances the natural skin coloring of reptiles and amphibians, adding to their natural beauty.

Remember not to place glass or plastic between the lamp and the animal, as this will filter out the beneficial UV-B rays. Protect the animal from the lamp.
