Polyetherimide (PEI) Spray Coating + PEI Film

PEI Spray Coating: Maximum Temperature Resistance: 300°C, Long-Term Temperature Resistance: 260°C

PEI Smooth Surface: Maximum Temperature Resistance: 200°C, Long-Term Temperature Resistance: 180°C

Advantages:

1. Prints on both sides, allowing you to experience two materials on one heated bed.

2. Glossy PEI prints offer a smooth bottom.

3. PEI is durable and scratch-resistant, but the bottom of the printed model may have a grainy feel.

Disadvantages:

1. Glossy PEI is not as durable as spray-coated PEI and may wear out over time. Printing on high-temperature, high-shrinkage materials like ABS without sealing the box may cause warping and cracking.

Instructions

Recommended printing materials: PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU

Recommended hot bed printing temperature: PLA 50-70°C, PETG 70-90°C, ABS 80-100°C, TPU 30-50°C

If the printing material is warping or sticking poorly, you will need to use a sealing or adhesive tape before printing.
