The photo on the side shows what the cable looks like after being cut. You can see the thick strands made using CCA technology, a compromise between CU and AI cables. Copper-clad aluminum allows for conductivity similar to CU and resistance to galvanic corrosion, at a lower price and weight.
Many other, cheaper cables don't look the same, even though the seller provides similar parameters. Don't rely on the description on the cable; it almost always says 3x0.75mm2 – but this often doesn't reflect after cutting the wire :(
It's important to remember that thin strands from poor-quality cables not only affect the electrical parameters but also the physical strength of the cable, which, in the case of a power supply, operates under harsh conditions (including frequent bending at the ends).
