The easily adjustable Dry Back Custom suspension system features an adjustable back length and anatomically shaped, padded shoulder straps, lumbar support, and a hip belt for a personalized fit.
Load-lifting straps ensure optimal back support over long distances, while a pre-shaped hip fin ensures a precise fit and good load transfer to the hips. The lightweight construction helps keep the pack lightweight.
The Dry Back system, with its padded EVA back panel and 3D ventilation channels, ensures good airflow and breathability at the back in all seasons, while the split shoulder straps still provide plenty of freedom of movement for such a large pack.
The Trek Mate is made of lightweight, abrasion-resistant double-ripstop polyester with a reinforced bottom. Large storage pockets provide ample space for spare clothing or tent poles, and the front compartment is separate.
The main compartment is quick and easy to access from the front, and you can expand it by another five liters if needed using the height-adjustable lid – very useful if you plan to carry, say, a larger trekking tent.
The Trek Mate backpack has a secure zippered pocket for valuables and multiple external attachment options for trekking poles, etc., as well as a handy daisy chain and straps for securing a mat underneath the pack to save space inside.
