[How to Use] 1. Soak the whetstone in water for several minutes until it is fully saturated. 2. Sharpen both sides of the knife at an angle of 10 to 20 degrees to the surface of the whetstone. Normally, the 1000 grit side is sufficient, but you can use the 6000 grit side if necessary to achieve an even sharper edge. 3. After sharpening, remove any fine metal particles from the blade by rubbing it against newspaper or similar material. 4. After use, wash the whetstone with water and allow it to dry.
