Round-trip shipping for exchanges and returns is 6,000 KRW. Additional shipping charges may apply to Jeju and certain remote or mountainous areas.
The product must be returned in double packaging using the same courier service. Additional charges may apply when using another courier service.
Exchanges and returns are not available if the product’s value has been damaged due to box damage, signs of wear or use, wrinkles, or a missing tag.
Exchanges and returns are not available if the original product box or plastic packaging is damaged by attaching a shipping label or applying tape.
Inspection may take approximately 7 business days after the product is collected.
The item may become out of stock during the exchange process. If you want to receive the item quickly, we recommend returning the original order and placing a new order.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the region for remote areas.
If an item from another company is received by mistake and the customer cannot be contacted, it may be stored for up to 90 days from the date of receipt and then discarded. Compensation may be difficult after disposal.
