Precautions
Actual color and brightness may differ depending on the shooting environment and lighting. Please be careful, as the product’s appearance may change during washing and drying. Denim and dyed fabric products may bleed, so separate washing is recommended to prevent color transfer. Loose threads and finishing details are not considered product defects. Some content may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
Shipping Information
Shipping takes approximately 2–3 days from the payment date, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Products with delayed restocking may be delayed for more than one week depending on the restocking schedule.
If an ordered product is out of stock, a refund notice or automatic refund may be processed.
For bulk orders, please check the available quantity with customer service before ordering.
For cancellations before shipping or address changes, contact customer service before 12:00 PM on the day the order is confirmed. Cancellations and changes are not possible after shipping.
Orders placed under the same name, address, and contact information are automatically combined for shipping. Orders with different information may be shipped separately.
Shipment tracking becomes available approximately 8 hours after dispatch.

There are no additional shipping charges nationwide, including Jeju and mountainous areas.
Exchange and Return Information
Please submit exchange or return requests to customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
The KRW 6,000 exchange and return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
For returns due to product defects or incorrect delivery, shipping is covered by the seller.
Exchange and return shipping fees may be enclosed with the product or deposited into the designated account.
Defective products may only be exchanged for the same product, and shipping is covered by the seller.
When changing the color or size, a one-way shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been collected, so processing may take some time.
Exchanges due to customer preference are allowed once only; the exchanged product cannot be exchanged again or returned.
