Use and maintenance

• The INOX universal blade is recommended to be washed by hand, not in the dishwasher.

• Do not crush ice cubes or frozen products.

• Do not crush dry beans, coffee beans, or nutmeg.

• It is better to crush with the discs at speed 2.

• Filling the bowl completely reduces the uniformity of the grind.
