KENKO Variable ND Lens No Neutral with Operation 77mm Front Filter Made In 382066 Filter, 82mm, Wide-Angle Compatible, X-Patch (ND2.5-ND128), Gray,

[No unevenness even with wide-angle lenses!] The Variable ND-W filter successfully minimizes X-shaped unevenness even with a 24mm focal length lens. This is an Amazon-exclusive package color. [Can be without X-zone unevenness in the range of ND2.5 to ND128] Compared to conventional products, "Variable ND-W" has a wider density range in which X-zone unevenness does not occur, and can be evenly up to approximately ND128. (While the density itself can be reduced to around ND1000, X-zone unevenness is more likely to occur.) [Aperture stop markings for easy identification of light reduction] We've added aperture stop markings to the filter ring so you can easily see the approximate amount of light reduction. You can quickly adjust to the desired density between 2 and 7 (ND4 to ND128). [Kenko's signature neutral gray specification that doesn't change the color when attached] While many variable ND filters have a yellowish tint, the "Variable ND-W" has a neutral gray polarizing film that minimizes color cast when attached. Furthermore, although it uses a polarizing film, it is designed so that no polarization effect is produced. [The filter diameter remains unchanged when attached, allowing you to use your existing lens cap] Many variable ND filters have a design where the front filter diameter increases by one size, making it impossible to use your existing lens caps, etc. However, the "Variable ND-W" is designed with the front filter diameter remaining the same size. You can use your existing lens caps and other filters without changing their size.
