Note:
1. Pay attention to the distance between the nozzle and the surface to avoid permanent scars. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with alcohol or cleaning agents to keep it clean. Dirts and oil dirties will reduce the adhesion of the print and affect the clarity of the PET/PEO surface patterns. Under extreme conditions, such as damp consumables, complex model, or high speed printing, it is recommended to adjust the speed and increase the print bed temperature.
2. Clean the PET PEO surface with 75% alcohol or mild soapy water to remove rests. For stubborn dirties, preheat the plate to 150℃ and gently scrub with a soft brush. This design is convenient for assembly and disassembly. Regular maintenance includes checking the spring tension to maintain a force of 5N and cleaning the platform once every 50 hours to ensure optimal performance.
