True to size

This jacket is not at all like the photo. The jacket is not structured at all and the embroideries, which are printed patterns, are hanging loosely. They do not appear as they do in the photo. I am very, very disappointed. I will use it as a dressing gown since I would have to send the item to China! That is the return address indicated when I request a return... From now on, I will only buy brands on Joom.
