[Craftsmanship from Tokyo's Downtown - Kansai Style from Nakamura Copperware Works, Recognized by Professionals] This copper egg pan is from Nakamura Copperware Works, a company with over 80 years of history, and is used by top-class restaurants and chefs nationwide. Each pan is handcrafted by skilled artisans, and it is a cooking tool that will last a lifetime, becoming more flavorful and well-seasoned with oil the more you use it.
[A perfectly designed 12cm elongated pan that produces fluffy, thick omelets even with just 1-2 eggs] The elongated "Kansai style" pan allows you to make beautiful, thick rolled omelets with just a small amount of eggs. It's the perfect size for those who want to make a beautiful omelet quickly and efficiently for their daily breakfast or lunchbox without wasting eggs.
[Incredible Heat Conductivity - Eggs Don't Burn, and They're Fluffy and Juicy] Copper boasts an overwhelming heat conductivity, about five times that of iron. Because heat spreads evenly and uniformly throughout the pan, there are no unevenly cooked spots, and you can quickly stir and roll the eggs without letting their moisture escape. You can make amazing omelets that are like those in high-class restaurants, with broth oozing out from the inside, with surprising ease.
[The "Pure Tin Plating" Technique, Handcrafted by Artisans] Instead of plating, the inside is handcrafted with pure tin plating. This significantly improves oil absorption, making it less likely for eggs to stick even after years of use, and allowing for neat and tear-free rolling.
[Product Specifications - A High-Quality Gift for Those Who Work Hard to Make Lunches] Traditional copper products, which develop a deep amber color with use, are perfect for personal use, as well as for wedding gifts, housewarming gifts, Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts, and practical gifts for family members who work hard to make lunches every day. ■ Before purchasing
Because each item is handmade, some items may have the following characteristics, but we provide our customers with products that meet the manufacturer's quality standards and will not affect their use.
*Please note that items with the following characteristics will be considered "defective" and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
●There may be a small amount of tin buildup on the inside of the corners of the main body.
●The tin coating on the inside may also be present on the outside.
●Due to temperature differences during manufacturing, color variations may occur.
●As the oil seasons the product, the tin on the inside may change color, but this will not affect its use.
■ Before use
To boil water, rinse the pot with water, then fill it about 70-80% full with water and bring it to a boil.
■ After use care
For the inside, simply rinsing with water to remove cooking residue is sufficient. If using detergent, please wash with a soft sponge. If you are concerned about stains, you can wash with a cleanser, but the tin-plated surface is soft and will be scratched, eventually wearing away the tin and exposing the base material of the pot. In that case, it is harmless even if food comes into direct contact with the pot.
For the exterior, wash with water, remove excess water, and then wipe dry with a soft cloth. If there are stubborn stains, you can polish it with a cleanser. The copper's luster will be restored, but the copper surface will tarnish even when exposed to air.
■ Please note
Never boil empty. Never boil empty. Boiling it over high heat may cause the tin on the inside to melt and solidify.
Do not store food. If you leave food in the pot overnight, a thin, bluish copper compound may form on the surface of the food. Please transfer any leftover food to a separate container for storage. This is the result of a small amount of copper ions dissolving and reacting, but it is not a cause for concern from a hygiene standpoint.
