There are 3 gear positions in the control switch. Before use, make sure the motor has completely stopped and the start stop switch is not pressed:
Forward (clockwise): Push the direction switch to the corresponding forward position.
Reverse (counterclockwise): Push the direction switch to the corresponding reverse position.
Trigger Lock: Push the control switch to the middle position, the trigger cannot be operated.
2. Start Stop and Speed Adjustment
Start: Pull the trigger, the LED will light on, and the tool can operate at speeds from 0 to full speed.
Speed Adjustment: Control the speed by adjusting the force applied to the trigger. The harder you pull the trigger, the quicker the speed.
Stop: Release the trigger, the electric brake will immediately stop the tool.
3. Screw Tightening
Align the bit with the screw head and apply pressure to the tool, gradually start the tool and increase speed.
When the clutch triggers, immediately release the trigger to stop.
Before screwing in wood screws, it is recommended to refer to the Wood Screw Size and Pre Drilling Hole Diameter Corresponding Table to pre drill small holes to facilitate use and prevent workpiece cracking. Please refer to the user manual for specific corresponding relationships.
4. Drilling Operation
Preparation: Rotate the adjustment ring to align the pointer with the corresponding sign.
Drilling Needs for Different Materials
Wood: Use a woodworking drill bit with a guide screw. The guide screw can pull the drill bit into the workpiece, improving the drilling effect.
Metal: Before drilling, use a center punch and a hammer to create a dent at the drilling point to prevent the drill bit from slipping. Except for iron and brass which require dry drilling, using lubricants when drilling other metals.
Stone: Water should be added during the drilling process to prevent the tool from overheating.
Note: Do not press the tool excessively, otherwise it will damage the tip of the drill bit, reduce the performance of the tool and shorten its service life. After the battery runs out, let the tool rest for 15 minutes before installing a new battery for use..
