Precautions for Use: - Please be sure to check the condition of the product immediately upon receipt before wearing it. Exchanges or refunds are not possible after the protective film has been removed, the band length adjusted, or the leather band loops have been fastened (resulting in leather damage). - Leather Strap: To prevent damage to the leather strap, we ship the product with it attached only to the belt loops, without using pins. If you are considering purchasing, please check the size and feel by simply placing it on the back of your hand without using pins. If signs of wear, such as pin marks, kinks, or bending, are found, the product will be considered used and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you wish to exchange the product, please return it in its original condition. Exchanges or returns may be restricted if the condition is not identical to what you received. - Chain Strap: Depending on the product, some come with a protective film attached while others do not. For products with a protective film, exchanges or returns are only possible if the item is in a brand-new condition with the film intact. When requesting an exchange or return, please send the item in a completely new condition without any signs of trying on, removed protective film, or signs of use. We ask for your understanding that used products cannot be exchanged or returned. - Exchange and Return Notice: To prevent strap damage, HOWUS watches should be returned with leather straps hooked onto a belt loop without securing with a pin. For chain straps, depending on the product, some come with a protective film attached while others do not; products with a protective film are shipped with the film already applied. When exchanging or returning an item, please repackage it exactly as received (buckle unfastened), with the protective film intact, and in the same new condition as sent. Returning the item with the buckle fastened may cause strap damage. Furthermore, if the item is returned with the protective film removed or shows signs of damage to the new product, the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult, making exchanges or returns difficult. - Batteries are used to verify functions and performance and may drain prematurely; therefore, the battery may discharge immediately after purchase. This is not eligible for exchange or refund and will be handled first via after-sales service. - If a problem arises due to repairs performed by private repair shops rather than official service centers, it will be considered customer negligence, and all subsequent services will be charged. - If the battery remains discharged for more than 2 months, the mercury inside the battery may cause fatal damage to the device. - Storing the watch near magnets or electronic devices affected by magnetic fields (mobile phones, speakers, TVs, etc.) may cause time inaccuracies. - The watch is designed to withstand only light impacts from daily life. External impacts resulting from excessive use are a direct cause of malfunction. - Signs of wear, such as leather cracks caused by wearing, do not qualify for exchange or refund. Replacement costs for consumables will be charged. - For the safety and durability of the product, please refrain from wearing it during water-related activities (washing face, showering, sauna, swimming, etc.). - All products are water-resistant for daily use; repairs related to water damage will be charged. - Although the product is water-resistant for daily use, issues with water resistance that occur after wearing do not qualify for exchange or refund.
