This is a genuine Nume leather carefully tanned over a long period of time using tannin agents extracted from the bark of mimosa trees from South America. The tanning method skillfully utilizes the techniques of master craftsmen to create a wild and highly finished leather. Nume leather is leather created by immersing the hide in a tank filled with tannin liquid using processing methods suited to the climate of Japan, taking approximately one to one and a half months to create the base material. This Nume leather is then finished by dyeing and other techniques.

This product is finished using dyes and animal oils on natural leather. Therefore, some color fading may occur due to friction, perspiration, or water leakage, so please be aware of this when wearing light-colored clothing.
