The pale pink material is beautiful and contains a lot of oil components, making it excellent at repelling water. The boards are made from flexible and resilient Shimanto cypress, processed through lamination, resulting in a cutting board that is gentle on blades. After use, it can be stored upright on a stand, allowing it to dry easily. To prevent typical issues such as black stains, discoloration, and cracking, only the end grain of the cutting board is treated with a prepolymer coating. Please avoid using a dishwasher, as it may cause cracking and warping.
