While idle stop functionality, which is now standard equipment in many cars, offers benefits such as improved fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness, it can also make driving inconvenient in some cases.
1. I'm afraid of intersections: When stopping to turn right or left, the engine stops idling, and the restart action is delayed.
2. Air conditioning is not very effective: The air conditioning output becomes weaker after the engine has been turned on after idling stop.
3. I'm afraid of hills: I get anxious when the engine stops idling on inclines and then restarts.
4. The lifespan of the starter motor is affected by frequent stop-and-go driving.
The idle stop function is forcibly turned on when starting the engine, so if you don't want to use it, you have to press a button. Many drivers probably find this inconvenient.
Installing the canceller eliminates the need to press the idle stop button every time you start the engine, keeping the idle stop function permanently OFF. If you occasionally want to use the idle stop function, you can easily activate it by pressing the button.
