■What is a Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty?: Hardware warranty is provided for 5 years from the end-of-sale date of the product series.

A product series refers to products with the same product name. Products with the same product name but different model numbers (different versions) are classified as the same product series.

The product model number consists of the product series name before the hyphen (-) and the version number after the hyphen (-).

Example) "GS105-500JPS" and "GS105-200JPS" → Same product series. "GS105-500JPS" and "GS105E-300JPS" → Different product series.

*The applicable products are those with the model numbers listed in this notice.

*For purchases made up to September 30, 2019, the conventional "Lifetime Warranty (warranty provided with a replacement product indefinitely even after the product series is discontinued)" will apply.

*To receive product warranty service, you must complete product warranty registration (documents confirming the purchase date, such as a delivery slip or receipt, are required) within 30 days of purchase.

[Regarding the Provision of On-Call Support Services Following Changes to the Technical Support Period] Effective May 1, 2019, the period and content of technical support (phone/email/chat) will change. ● Purchases made before April 30, 2019: Free technical support equivalent to the hardware warranty period will be provided. ● Purchases made on or after May 1, 2019: Free technical support will be provided for one year from the date of purchase.
