This enhances the sound characteristics of flatwound strings, providing a natural midrange and clarity. Additionally, a super bright cobalt ribbon is wound on top, offering a glossy and smooth feel. These three-layered bass strings deliver the smooth playing comfort of flatwound strings along with impressive power. Gauge: .040, .060, .070, .095. These flatwound bass strings fuse the smooth feel of the Slinky series with modern cobalt power, bringing out the sound qualities of flatwound strings and achieving natural midrange and clarity.
