The MXR DD25, originally released in 2019 as a limited edition worldwide, has been revived with a special design. The V3 features a design inspired by the unicorn appearing on the jacket of the band's fourth album, 'Father Of All…', scheduled for release in February, and is housed in an aluminum enclosure.

*The internal circuitry is the same as the MXR DD25.

This pedal reproduces Billy Joe Armstrong's sharp overdrive sound from Green Day's classic album 'Dookie'. It is based on analysis of two modified amplifiers owned by the artist. The sound is characterized by high gain with a clear midrange. It also features a Blend knob to adjust the sound between two different drive circuits.
