Hydraulic Red maintains the original look and sound while offering a soft, plush touch and reflecting EVANS Head's new feature, LEVEL360 Technology, which provides excellent tuning stability. The Hydraulic series is a proprietary flagship product of EVANS, characterized by sandwiching an oil film between two plies of film. It offers very high durability and effectively reproduces the fat, deep, and short sustain sound of 70s Rock'n Roll beats. Additionally, Hydraulic heads have excellent sound separation, making drum tones clearer and ideal for studio recordings. Even when tuned to high pitches, the sound does not become thin, nor do the high frequencies become harsh. These drum heads produce a thick, powerful volume as if the drum set has grown in size, with outstanding dynamic range.
