As the second release of the EF58 series, this model features the distinctive original small-window body. It depicts No. 127, which remained at Miyahara Depot after regular operations ceased in 1984. The locomotive is painted in the standard colors of Blue 15 and Cream 1, the new direct current electric motor colors. It can also be coupled with the separately sold T006-1/2 14 Series passenger cars for operation. The minimum radius for smooth operation is R195. Headlights are illuminated.
