A new series featuring a new color, "Iron Green," created by Mitsuru Yokozawa, an enamel craftsman at Fuji Enamel Co., Ltd. Iron Green is a color name referring to a deep, rich blue-green. Through repeated color mixing and firing, a deep iron color reminiscent of Japanese craftsmanship has been achieved. It has extremely high thermal efficiency, so water boils quickly, making it very useful for boiling noodles such as pasta, or for stews and braised dishes. Even on medium heat, sufficient heat is transmitted, making it an eco-friendly product that is kind to both your wallet and the environment. Ideal for stews, boiling, soups, making broth, and cooking large vegetables.
