Paying homage to the original Tel-Ray series, it features the iconic chrome base and treadle, and vintage-style knobs. While faithfully recreating the feel of the 70s, the enclosure has been significantly miniaturized, making it the perfect size for modern pedalboards. In addition, the raised pedal base allows for smooth operation without being buried among other pedals on the board.
Featuring Morley's traditional optical circuitry, free from wear and tear and crackling noises, it provides a smooth audio taper ideal for violin-like swell techniques. Furthermore, it includes a powerful footswitchable boost circuit with up to 40dB, usable regardless of volume mode on or off. From clean amplification to powerful amp-pushing drive, it supports a commanding performance.
It also incorporates modern, practical features such as phosphorescent tread grips that make it easy to locate even on dark stages, and an LED indicator that shows the on/off status at a glance. With a robust casing made using the cold-rolling method and silent switching, it promises noiseless and stable operation even in professional settings.
