By keeping the rotation speed of the rapier loom as slow as possible, the fabric is woven slowly, preventing the silk threads from becoming thin due to tension. Although productivity is reduced, this time-consuming and labor-intensive process results in a plump, high-quality fabric with minimal knots. We've made the dimple wider than usual to give it more volume and a three-dimensional look. We also paid close attention to the tie's length, which is 148cm.
