Goccia D'oro Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 L

Goccia d'oro Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest category of virgin olive oil. It is made from cold-pressed "cortina" and "oliarola" olives. The fruit is hand-picked, carefully selected, and then mechanically pressed on millstones. Extra virgin olive oil is not chemically treated. Thanks to a gentle filtration process, it retains the unaltered aroma of freshly pressed olives. Extra virgin olive oil has a delicate flavor and a golden color with hints of green. It is characterized by low acidity. It is an excellent addition to fried, baked, and cooked dishes, as well as cold dishes such as salads.
