Polyolefin heat shrink film (POF) in a half-sleeve roll (centerfold, CF) designed for aesthetic and safe individual packaging and multipacks. It provides very high gloss, excellent transparency, stable shrinkage, and a strong seal - ideal for on-shelf display and e-commerce sets.

The material is 100% recyclable and - for the correct batch - compliant with (EC) 1935/2004 and (EU) 10/2011 regarding food contact.

Angle sealers (L-bar), bellows packaging machines and shrink tunnels. Wide process window for easy setup.

• Starting: thinner films (12–15 µm) – lower temperature/higher blowing; Thicker (19–25 µm) – longer time/lower temperature.

• Warm or degassing products – use microperforation and pack after acclimating to room temperature.

• Store at -5°C to +30°C, ~80% RH; after cooling, allow the film to acclimatize for 48 hours before use.

• Compared to PVC, POF does not release HCl, but ensure good ventilation of the sealing zone/tunnel.

POF vs PVC – short

POF: high gloss, clean sealing, environmentally friendly, wide range of food applications. PVC: usually cheaper, but less environmentally preferable and requiring better ventilation during welding.
