OTC.web 8144 Photochromic Blue-Light-Blocking Sunglasses, C-2 Gunmetal/Blue

These are photochromic lenses that change tint depending on the amount of light. They become lighter indoors or at night (approximately 10% tint), medium tint in a car (approximately 50% tint), and darker outdoors in bright sunlight (maximum tint of approximately 90%). They also offer blue light filtering, blocking approximately 35% of blue light. The frame is a stylish and cool square design, making these UV-cut, color-changing sunglasses simple and classic in design that you won't tire of. The lens width is 60mm, making it a king-size metal frame. The temple length is also 150mm, so it's recommended for those who previously found frames too small. Inside a car, the lenses will have a moderate tint (approximately 40-50% density) *they will not become completely dark. Car windshields have UV protection. Ordinary photochromic lenses change color in response to ultraviolet light, so they are not effective inside a car. ARTtypeEX lenses react to visible light, so they can be used inside a car. Outdoors, the lenses will have a dark tint (80-90% density). Ordinary photochromic lenses are easily affected by temperature changes, and will not darken as easily in high temperatures. ARTtypeEX lenses have a much higher tint density compared to ordinary photochromic lenses, and will perform well even in high-temperature environments. A lens cleaning cloth and folding case are included as a service. Lens size: approximately 60mm wide x 36mm high; bridge width: approximately 16mm; temple length: approximately 150mm; overall width: approximately 155mm; frame weight: 26g; frame made in China; lenses made in Japan. *Final assembly, inspection, and packaging are done domestically.
