The plastic door has a crack and is damaged Apparently the packaging was not appropriate for the contents or DHL did not handle it carefully. or was already damaged before shipping I want to return the item, please send me a DHL sticker, return label and send me a new undamaged item at the same time this is now the 3rd complaint and no answer to date what is that supposed to mean the item is damaged now I want my money back
