KATO N Gauge 313 Series 8000 Series Tokaido Main Line Set Railway Model Train 3-car 10-1749

We will be producing a model of the 313 series 8000 series after its transfer to the Shizuoka area. The 313 series 8000 series is a group of trains that were manufactured for the "Central Liner," a rapid train that used to operate on the Chuo Main Line between Nagoya and Nakatsugawa and operated on a ticket-based system. With its silver front end and extensive use of orange in its coloring, it has a significantly different appearance from other 313 series trains. In addition, the interior features higher-class amenities befitting a paid train, such as reversible cross seats with wide seat pitch, box seats at the ends of the car with large tables, and partitions next to the doors. After being transferred to the Shizuoka Depot, it mainly operated as a local train on the Shizuoka section of the Tokaido Main Line, as well as on the Gotemba Line and Minobu Line, attracting attention. Enjoy the 313 series 8000 series with destinations not previously seen, such as "Shizuoka" and "Hamamatsu." The coupler at the front has been changed to a KATO close-coupling coupler (without hook) + electrical connector (2-stage) for a more realistic appearance.
