Dear Joom Customer Support, I would like to report a problem with my order XMPD72ML. This is a complaint. I ordered a sports T-shirt with the inscription “United World Wrestling”. However, I received a completely different and incorrect inscription: “United Wokno Wrestoon”. This is clearly not the item I ordered and the product does not correspond to the description or the item I purchased. I would therefore like you to either: send me the correct, defect-free T-shirt with the inscription “United World Wrestling”, or alternatively, provide me with a full refund. I placed this order without creating a Joom account, so I currently cannot access the order through a customer profile. I have attached a photo showing the incorrect inscription and the delivered item. I can also provide photos of the packaging and shipping label if required. This t-shirt is a rip-off I thought it said wrestling it says wreslilv on the t-shirt I won't be reimbursed because well it's €12 I'm too lazy to go back and forth but well be honest

The patterns are not correct, not quite like the one in the sales photo, moreover it says wrestlilv instead of wrestling, and the quality is not great.
