Dried wine yeast by Browin is suitable for all types of wines, both white, red and sparkling (up to 16% alcohol) . Thanks to the yeast, we don't have to worry about the color, bouquet, or good attenuation . 7g of yeast is enough for a batch of 10-35 L.

Directions:
Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or carboy with wine.
The yeast reaches its full potential when using the following media: with vitamin B1 (401010) and Kombi Vita (401030).

Attention!
For an optimal fermentation process, it is recommended to add Medium: B1 ( 401010 ), Kombi Vita ( 401030 ).
Best before end: expiration date and batch number on the seal. Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Product only for oenology, not for direct consumption.

Fermivin PDM is a BAYANUS wine yeast fermenting up to 16% alcohol, which, thanks to its versatility, is a great addition to wines made from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, rosehips, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, cherries, sour cherries, raspberries, greengage and Hungarian plums, chokeberries, blackberries, black, white and red currants, blackberries, elderberries. This yeast has a moderate impact on the aromatic profile of the wine, thus preserving the aromas of the fruit from which the wine is made. This yeast ferments even in difficult conditions of high sugar concentration , high alcohol concentration, or at low temperatures. Therefore, it is also recommended for mead wort fermentation and for restarting wine fermentation. The very wide fermentation range of Fermivin PDM yeast makes it worth using when fermenting in cellars or rooms where the temperature is below room temperature. One sachet of yeast is sufficient for preparing 10 to 35 L of wine.
Fermivin PDM dried wine yeast is very easy to use; a short rehydration is enough.
