Japan Sakura – Japanese loose leaf green tea with a hint of cherry blossomGreen sencha from Shizuoka? A class in itself – fresh, light, and perfect for any time of day. In this version, it jumps into the spring mood – with freeze-dried cherry, which adds juicy sweetness, and pink cornflower, so it's not only delicious but also beautiful. Tastes like chilling under a blooming cherry blossom tree – subtly, fruitily, and with a slightly floral twist. Natural freshness, without bitterness – also ideal served cold. In Japan, it's popular to "brew" sencha with cold water or in the "ice brew" style. (lodem), which highlights sweetness and umami. 1–1.5 teaspoons per 200 ml of cold water, time: 4–6 hours in the refrigerator. Taste: naturally sweet, fresh, without bitterness. Sencha leaves can be brewed even 3 times — at a higher temperature and for a shorter time, discovering new flavors.
How to prepare Japan Sakura?1–2 teaspoons of dried herb per 200 ml of water at 70–80°C, brewing time 2–3 minutes. Alternatively: ice brew – pour with cold water and chill for several hours. It is an ideal proposition for both warm days and everyday moments of relaxation, regardless of the season.
