KATO N Gauge 20 Series Sleeper Express Sakura Sasebo Formation Set Railway Model Passenger Cars 8-Car 10-1873

The "Sakura" sleeper express train, which was converted to the 20 series in 1964, is truly a traditional train name that represents the Japanese National Railways. The train formations seen in operation from 1965 to 1972 involved splitting and merging at Hizen-Yamaguchi (now Kohoku) on the Nagasaki Main Line into formations bound for Nagasaki and formations bound for Sasebo. After splitting, the formation bound for Sasebo was coupled with a Maya 20, a modified Suha 32 series car, as a simple power car. After that, the "Sakura" was converted to the 14 series and remained in service until 2005. We will be updating the current product specifications, including converting the locomotive-connecting couplers of the Kani 22 and Nahanehu 22 to body-mounted couplers, and reproducing the interior of the conductor's compartment in the Nahanehu 21.
