It is recommended that the steel template interference is 0.01mm and the aluminum template interference is 0.025mm: Step 1: Press into the guide sleeve and fit the bottom tightly; Step 2: Press into the guide column and parallel to the formwork parting surface; Step 3: Fold the upper and lower templates together and tighten them, check the gap between the parting surfaces, and pass the test, and then tighten the screws to support them. If there is any error, adjust the guide column to pass the parting surface. Assembly method two: The upper and lower template holes are processed to the depths of H=(L+0.5)-0.03 respectively. It is recommended that the steel template interference is 0.01mm and the aluminum template interference is 0.025mm: Step 1: Press into the guide column, close to the bottom, and tighten the screws; Step 2: (1) The guide sleeve is matched with the guide column and measure the distance between the bottom of the guide sleeve and the parting surface of the guide column template (H1); (2) The bottom value of the fine grinding guide sleeve h=(H1-H); (3) Press into the guide sleeve and tighten the screws. Step 3: Just pass the mold clamping and check the parting surface.
