Lace collar. You can decorate a dress or a blouse, or even a t-shirt. It looks fresh and bright on both plain and patterned items. As an option, you can even sew it on, and then cut out the material under the collar, and it will be an openwork insert.. The collar needs to be sewn on, it is not on a fusible backing.
