Usage Instructions
When using for the first time, peel off the inner seal. Use after preparing your skin with skincare. The amount that lightly touches the upper half of the dedicated puff 2-3 times is the appropriate amount for half the face. After applying to the high points of the cheeks, gently spread it by tapping, then blend smoothly along the jawline, around the eyes, and forehead. If you wish for more coverage, take a small amount on the puff again and layer it by tapping. Using too little may not provide sufficient UV protection. It is recommended to use in conjunction with a makeup base that offers UV protection. Be sure to set it in the separately sold "Maquillage Cushion Foundation Case" for use.
Safety Warnings
Be careful not to let it get into your eyes; if it does, rinse immediately. When opening, take care not to cut your hands on the aluminum pouch. To prevent drying, make sure to close the lid of the refill and compact case properly after use. If the puff gets dirty, the foundation may not adhere well to the skin, so keep it clean. When the puff is dirty, use the separately sold "Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N" or dilute a neutral detergent in lukewarm water and gently wash it. Rinse thoroughly to ensure no detergent remains, then dry well in the shade before use. Be careful not to let it get on clothing; if it does, wash it off immediately with detergent. Due to impacts from drops, contents may stick to the inner lid, so be cautious. If you notice dirt around the container, mirror, or inner lid, wipe it clean before use. Due to the high content of emollient ingredients, liquid may adhere around the seal, inner lid, or cushion sponge. This does not affect usability or finish, so wipe it clean before use.
