POLYNOR EKO SPRAY 750 g is an economical spray foam for performing thermal and acoustic insulation by hand, using a standard foam gun.. It works well for smaller insulation jobs and for thermal insulation and filling gaps where quick application and limiting thermal bridges are important.
The starter set contains 14 elements:
- 5 x foam POLYNOR ECO SPRAY 750 g
- foam gun
- foam cleaner
- 2 x angle nozzles
- 5 x straight nozzles
Efficiency (approximately):
- from 1 can: Approx. 1 m² at a thickness of 4 cm or approx.. 1.8 m² at a thickness of 2 cm
- from the set (5 cans): Approx. 5 m² at a thickness of 4 cm or approx.. 9 m² at a thickness of 2 cm
The final performance depends, among other things. from the product temperature and application conditions (overheating of the container above 25°C can reduce frothing and the resulting thickness).
The most important features:
- thermal conductivity coefficient lambda: 0.030 W/mK
- very good adhesion to many building substrates
- can be used indoors and outdoors
- limitation of thermal bridges through spraying
- thermal insulation (for warm and cold) and improvement of acoustic comfort (sound absorption)
- possibility of painting: bitumen and water-based paints
- surface drying time: Approx. 40 min, full cure: 24 hours
- not suitable for sanding
Application:
For heating and insulation, among others. attics, garages, walls, ceilings, floors, as well as technical elements and places requiring rapid spray insulation. Can be used on substrates such as concrete, brick, plaster, wood, chipboard, PVC (according to surface preparation).
Application conditions:
- can temperature: 18–25°C
- air and ground temperature: 10–30°C
- manual application with a gun; use of the included directional nozzle required
Abbreviated user manual:
Clean the substrate of dust, dirt, grease, and ice. Porous/absorbent materials (e.g.. concrete, plaster, brick, wood) lightly moisten with water; smooth surfaces (metal, glass, plastic) do not wet. Warm the can to room temperature, shake well ok. 20 times, screw onto the gun, attach the nozzle and set the gun to maximum flow. Spray from a distance of approx.. 30–45 cm. Do not apply more than 4 cm at one time (after loosening ok. 5 cm). Perform subsequent layers after approx. 40 minutes, moistening the previous layer with water. After finishing work, clean the gun with a cleaner and ensure good ventilation. Avoid open fire.
