A brand new "Mario & Luigi RPG" title is here, the first in nine years! Mario and Luigi's new adventure begins on islands floating in the vast ocean. [An Adventure in an Unknown World] The story takes place in "Connectal Land," a world different from the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Luigi, working together as brothers, solve various puzzles and adventure across islands floating in the sea. [New Characters] In Connector Land, Mario and his friends will encounter a variety of characters, from those who will help them to eccentric individuals who will stand in their way as enemies. In addition, familiar faces from the Mario series, such as the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom and the Great Demon King of the Koopa Tribe, will also make appearances. [Facing enemies with brotherly teamwork] In battle, you can enjoy command battles with action elements reminiscent of Mario. When attacking, you can increase the amount of damage dealt or successfully execute powerful teamwork techniques called "Brother Attacks" by pressing specific buttons at the right time.
