The result is stunningly vibrant, rich, and consistent shades that do not fade. It works particularly well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, and sugar pastes. Also works in flower pastes, gumpastes, modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, cakes, icings, isomalt, decorating gels, cake lace mixes, and others. High concentration means you use much less than usual to achieve even brighter and more colorful results. Just a small drop is enough to achieve the desired shade – we recommend using the tip of the cocktail stick. Using more drops will increase the color intensity, and a smaller amount will create more delicate shades. Build the color slowly, mixing the dough to achieve the desired shade. The bottle is equipped with a top dispenser cap that increases dosing accuracy. Color Mill can be diluted with alcohol to obtain edible paint. Please note that due to the oil content in the colors, drying may take longer than usual.
