The lampshade type isn't specified, which might surprise you, and the lamp itself is the wrong size. Think carefully before ordering. Returns or refunds are not available on the website; there's no such button, and certainly not for Moldova. This can only be done through customer support. It's very frustrating to order something expensive and receive the wrong item. With Temu, this problem doesn't exist.

The wall lamp arrived in terrible condition and is completely unusable. It has multiple scratches, broken edges, and bent lampshades. Additionally, one of the bulb sockets is completely broken.I am very disappointed with the quality of packaging. Since I still need this item, I would like to request a free replacement (new item) instead of a refund. Please send a new unit in good condition and let me know the instructions for the damaged one."

Very nice gadget. I don't know is it better then Medica+ or other but. + I have the result. Once a week I spa procedures and it is veeeeery useful for my skin. + The rubber nozzles I use for washing makeup brushes and my cat's chin. - But it is 1 big minus - the scrubber is scary of water. You should take a towel for saving dryness inside gadget.

I thought I'd ordered 1000g ball for my £44. How can you charge £44 for less than 300g? It's outrageous. Will never buy from you again. I swear my original order showed a big ball of 1000g for the price which would be about what I would expect to pay. Of course can't locate the original order now. This is an absolute rip off.

The size and the type of this accessory does not match with my order and therefore does not fit my Blender. The item I ordered was the N17-1001 compatible with Nutribullet Rx Blender 1700W (black) but the one I received is smaller in diameter and therefore not compatible.
