Country of Origin: China Pembroke refers to the capital city of Pembrokeshire in South Wales. In the 18th century, a designer visiting this area encountered Imari porcelain, a type of Japanese pottery that was difficult to obtain in the West at the time. Inspired by the joy of encountering this Eastern art form, the designer created this piece inspired by Imari porcelain. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, size, and capacity may occur.
