I ordered this : A-Class W169/B-Class W245 Hood Air Vent 1698360018 And I only received one part out of three. See photos of the order and what I received. I am requesting a refund and the return of your part at your expense, of course.. I am really not satisfied and disappointed and I almost feel like I've been ripped off. Mr. GAVARD

I did not receive the complete order, I only received one piece but without the rest I can't do anything with it so I want to return it, I need the whole item as it was described, I only received one of the side parts.

Be careful, they say delivered, but it's absolutely not true. My order LX073373502NL shows as delivered but it's absolutely not true!

I only received one piece instead of the whole kit.
